At Segundo Barrio Supply Co., we take pride in every piece we send out to la raza. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — within reason.

Returns & Exchanges We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Size Exchanges If your fit isn't right, we'll help you swap it out. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive the item, we'll ship the new size to you at no additional charge.

Defective or Wrong Items If we sent you the wrong item or something arrived damaged, that's on us. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at segundobarriosupplyco@gmail.com and we'll cover the return shipping and make it right.

Final Sale Items All sale items, patches, and custom orders are final sale — no returns or exchanges.

How to Start a Return Email us at segundobarriosupplyco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
